This coffee is made up of coffees grown by various local farmers on small plots around Arbegona. The coffees are brought to the "Bochesa Station" owned by Asefa Dukamo Korma and processed there.
The average drying time of coffee cherries under the sun with continuous rotation takes 12-15 days depending on temperature and humidity. After drying, the coffee beans are kept in the station's warehouses for a while for flavor development before being separated from the cherry.
