BRASIL MIXED FRUTA
- A special selection of coffees from various producers in the Carmo de Minas region! Karma Fruta Natural. The region where it is grown and processed is known for its speciality coffee production.
As the name suggests, these coffees are processed to create a fruitier flavor profile and are separated using a gravity grading machine known locally as a 'lavador!' to improve quality after a careful and lengthy harvest.
In this way, only the coffees that will be processed are those with a high specific gravity, that is, those that will produce more positive results in terms of taste.
Then, the coffees are left to dry in the sun with their fruits for 72 hours to be processed naturally. Then, they are dried in mechanical machines for an additional 72 hours.
After the coffees reach the desired moisture level, their outer shells are peeled off with the help of machines and they are made ready for roasting.

The Mixed Series is a special selection from the Carmo de Minas Region of the Mantequeira mountains, south of Minas Gerais. This region receives an average of 1100-1600 mm of rainfall and is known for its speciality coffee production. Selective harvesting is carried out. The fruits are processed with “lavador” and both cleaned and classified according to their density. Then, they are dried in the sun for 72 hours and in a mechanical dryer for an additional 72 hours.
As its name suggests, 'Karma Fruta' offers fruity aromas (candy apple and dried fruits) and will also make you very happy with its high body, one of the classic characteristics of South American coffees, and tasting notes such as cocoa and roasted hazelnuts.
